Shipping Information
At Wildroot™ we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout based on your location.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched the moment it is handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to the address you entered at checkout. During peak seasons and holidays, processing may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
The estimated delivery time below is the transit window after your order has been dispatched to the carrier. The single biggest factor is your location:

During peak seasons and holidays, carriers may experience transit delays and slower tracking updates that fall outside of our control. International orders can also encounter unexpected customs delays, duties, or import fees, which may extend the overall delivery window and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect shipping information can cause processing delays or order cancellation. If our system flags an issue with your address, our support team will email you to verify your details within 3 business days of your order being placed. If we do not hear back within that window, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing your order, email us at hello@wildrootpet.com within 24 hours. We will do our best to fix it, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
Delayed Delivery
We know receiving your collar on time matters, especially mid tick season, and we ship every order as quickly as we can. That said, delays do happen, and many of them are outside of our control.
Carrier partners can experience unexpected disruptions during transit, including severe weather, transportation issues, or regional backlogs. When that happens, we work directly with the carrier to push your package through as fast as possible.
There can also be in-house delays, such as product availability, address verification, or payment processing issues. If anything affects your order on our end, we will notify you as soon as we know.
Wildroot is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. We will, however, keep you updated and help work through any issue that comes up.
Lost or Stolen Packages
A lost or stolen package is genuinely frustrating, and we will help you resolve it. That said, once a package leaves our facility and is handed to the carrier, the package is in their custody, not ours. If your order is lost or stolen, email us at hello@wildrootpet.com and we will do everything we can to assist.
We recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier first, since most carriers have a formal claims process for lost or stolen packages and may need information only you can provide. We will also follow up with the carrier on your behalf and keep you posted on the claim.
Wildroot is not responsible for packages lost or stolen during shipping, and these situations fall outside of our refund policy. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement to help make it right.
In some cases, the carrier locates the package and delivers it after the original window. If the package is never found, we recommend filing a police report.

Wildroot reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review the most recent version of the Shipping Policy before making a purchase. By purchasing and continuing to use Wildroot products, you indicate your acceptance of this Shipping Policy, including any modifications.
