Refund policy

At Wildroot™, we are committed to giving you a flea and tick collar that protects your pet without putting the rest of your household at risk. We believe in the effectiveness of our products, and we recommend wearing the collar for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return so you can see how it performs in your home, on your pet, and through real conditions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason after 14 days and within our 60-day money back guarantee window, please contact us at hello@wildrootpet.com.

Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, we may not be able to accommodate your request, as the order will have already entered the processing phase. If you do cancel within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

60-Day Money Back Guarantee

We are confident our collar does what we say it does, and we encourage you to try it for at least 14 days so you can experience the full benefit of the slow-release oil matrix. If you are still unhappy after that, you may return the item any time within the 60-day window covered by our money back guarantee, even if the collar has been opened or worn. Shipping fees, if applicable, are not refundable.

Damaged Items

We take care in packaging every order to prevent damage in transit. We consider an item damaged if it has a defect or if the product itself is physically broken. Cosmetic damage to the outer shipping box, such as dents or tears, where the product inside is in good condition, is not considered damage.

If your collar arrives damaged, let us know within 72 hours of delivery. Email hello@wildrootpet.com with a clear photo of the damage and we will determine whether you are eligible for a free replacement. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal wear, exposure, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

We do everything we can to get your order to you on time, but we cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays outside of our control, including those caused by the courier, customs, weather, or other factors that arise in transit. If you run into a delivery issue, please reach out to the courier directly first. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have left our facility.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of the order being placed, you will not be entitled to a resend or a refund.
